About the CvEEN Alumni Society
The Civil and Environmental Engineering (CVEEN) program at the University of Utah at one time had national prominence. Many of our alumni were students in that program and went on to achieve greatness as professionals. They are in large part the reason that the program had such high renown.
Once again the CVEEN program has attained national recognition. It has moved from #86 in the US News and World Report survey to #58 in just six short years. This achievement is due to a new faculty and administration that have adopted challenging goals, plus outstanding graduates.
